What you'll do
- Own the Sales Pipeline: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from outreach to closing, handling both prospecting and inbound leads with enthusiasm and drive.
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and social touches to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Conduct Discovery Calls: Identify prospects’ pain points, goals, and timelines through consultative discovery sessions to understand where our solution fits their needs.
- Deliver Tailored Demos: Use insights from discovery to deliver engaging, customized demos that resonate with each prospect's priorities and challenges.
- Manage the Sales Funnel: Keep detailed records in the CRM, moving leads efficiently through each stage to meet and exceed your targets.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Marketing to optimize outreach efforts and with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
- Continuously Optimize: Regularly assess your approach, refining techniques, learning from feedback, and staying agile to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- Sales Expertise: 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect meaningfully with high-level executives and directors.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Genuine empathy for customers, with the ability to align our solutions to their business objectives.
