In this article, I’ll dive deep into the capabilities of Ambassify’s AI assistant and how you can leverage it to streamline content creation and distribution and enhance personalization, making advocacy efforts more efficient and making multi-language deployment effortless and accessible.

What is our AI-assistant

Ambassify’s AI assistant is a nonintrusive AI that supports our community managers' creative process when crafting new content for their employee communities.

Our AI powers different features and functionalities in our platform: the goal is never to fully replace your content creation process—unless that’s how you wish to use it—but to help you make that process slimmer and smarter.

As a community manager, you’re never forced to turn to AI (that’s why it’s nonintrusive) but I want to show you what value it can bring to you, should you choose to do so. Let’s see what roles AI plays in the Ambassify platform: 

1. Content Catalog


In one of our previous articles, I talked about Ambassify's content catalog and its twofold goal of offering training materials for employees and providing content suggestions to community managers. But that’s not where it ends.

In fact, AI offers the catalog an additional creative layer. If you can’t find a pre-existing template in our catalog collection to answer a specific need, you can ask our AI for original content suggestions. 

All you have to do is write a keyword— a topic you’re interested in—and based on your input, the AI engine will make relevant campaign suggestions. In this case, the AI assistant will provide inspiration for you to come up with new campaign ideas, which you can then edit according to the campaign type you desire. That’s how you can save time, of course, and dedicate your creativity to enhancing the campaign rather than producing it from scratch.

2. Auto-generated campaign content


In a similar way, our AI can help you draft a new campaign copy. We’ve all felt stuck from time to time, especially when our plate is overflowing with tasks and responsibilities.

We’ve all been there. Whether you’re feeling stuck on a specific topic, you can’t find a funny angle, or you simply want to save time, the AI assistant is there to make sure campaign creation doesn’t become an additional source of worries and stress. 

Our AI will generate some suggestions based on the input text you provide. This AI-driven feature allows you to save time when creating content in bulk for your ambassadors, for example, while still being able to control the narrative

3. Share message suggestions 


Supporting your ambassadors in their social media activity and making sure they feel confident in posting online is essential for a successful employee advocacy program. To guide the narrative your ambassadors are sharing on social media, Ambassify lets you create pre-defined captions (or share messages) for your employees.

That’s another area where our AI assistant will provide additional support by writing those captions—or variants of them— for you. The goal here is not to let our AI generate random copies but to let it help you give those captions some variety.

This is the best way to leverage the assistant because you can dedicate your time and energy to fine-tuning the main message while the AI assistant reshapes your message in different variants, ensuring diversity in your employees’ shared content. 

4. Automatic translations


AI comes in really handy when managing a multilingual community by generating real-time, automatic translations for all campaigns, captions, or messages. 

Ambassify supports more than 10 languages to ensure seamless and easy management of communities deployed over several countries and languages, and AI translations play a big role in that, too.
